Oleksii Nekrasov

Throughout my professional life, I have been doing what I love — defending clients’ interests both in litigation and at the negotiating table. Together with PRAGNUM, which assembled a team of like-minded people and enthusiasts who are passionate about their profession, we have managed to find a balance that, on the one hand, fully protects the client’s interests, and, on the other hand, leaves room for creativity and enjoyment of a job well done.

He started his career in 2003 as the only in-house lawyer at Ukraine’s largest polypropylene sack manufacturer. Later, he moved to the energy sector before joining a law firm in 2006. In 2012, he got certified to practice law. In 2016, he joined PRAGNUM, where he rose from senior associate to partner.

Specialization and experience

Oleksii is a member of PRAGNUM’s management team and develops strategies for many of the firm’s projects. He is personally involved in litigation and criminal proceedings, has extensive experience in conflict resolution and prevention. He has repeatedly participated in events arranged by legal organisations for fellow lawyers and clients.

Oleksii advises and protects the interests of such companies: Siemens, DSV, Castrol, Titan Machinery, Kvazar-Micro, ES Group, Doosan, Gazer, lifecell, Evyap, KM Disti and many others.
