Independence
PRAGNUM is an independent law firm. This means that we are not dependent on political forces and trends, on individual clients, groups of clients or industries. We are not part of any networks with rules imposed from “above”. In return, we get a sense of freedom and the ability to shape our future, guided by our own life principles. At the same time, we depend on our team and encourage every employee’s influence in shaping PRAGNUM’s culture and plans.
Project-based approach
Each case is a separate project, which is approached as such by all lawyers up to the partner of the Firm. Each project has a start and finish, its own unique goal and a person responsible. What does this approach provide? The answer is simple: no feeling of routine work or endless turnover. We seek to generate unique solutions instead of simply selling our working time.
