PRAGNUM’s client, a large sugar producer, was issued a decision from the State Inspectorate for Price Control to recover UAH 10,526,000 in favour of the state budget. Upon considering the complaint filed by PRAGNUM lawyers, the District Administrative Court of Kyiv declared the decision of the Inspectorate illegal and fully overturned it.
