PRAGNUM protected the interests of the investment group when dealing with the bank on the issue of debt restructuring.
This case was complicated by the delay in loan payments for more than 2 years, as well as by 22 loan and 22 mortgage agreements in the credit scheme. As part of our work on the project, PRAGNUM experts, using the latest judicial practice, provided support for negotiations between the client and the bank. In the future, this allowed for concluding the most favourable agreement, which completely satisfied the client.
