Our client, a leading expert in energy facility security, is deepening its strategic partnership with the world leader in nuclear energy - Westinghouse Electric - to implement ambitious projects aimed at development and protect Ukraine’s nuclear energy sector. At the same time, PRAGNUM’s challenge was to help the client to implement the terms of such a partnership in optimal contractual structures and take into account the interests of all its participants. In particular, the ultimate beneficiary of such partnership is JSC NNEGC Energoatom.
