PRAGNUM resolved the conflict between Apple distributors
PRAGNUM settled out of court the conflict between Apple distributors related to the import of equipment and the use of Apple’s intellectual property in Ukraine. PRAGNUM experts were able to convince the parties to the conflict not to bring the situation to court and peacefully resolve issues of customs clearance of goods, the use of trademarks, photographs, as well as the procedure for the sale of equipment in Ukraine.
