PRAGNUM protects the interests of a major developer

A development company turned to PRAGNUM for help. An unscrupulous investor had filed a claim against our client for termination of the contract and return of funds. There were complex civil legal relations between the client and the plaintiff, in addition to which there were violations of contractual terms on both sides. The situation was complicated by the concern that if the claims were satisfied, the court’s decision could actually freeze the client’s further activities and stop their construction projects. 

PRAGNUM lawyers developed a multi-stage litigation tactic and managed to prove that the client’s violation of the terms of the contract was the result of illegal actions on the part of the opponent. As a result, a district court of Kyiv ruled to refuse to satisfy the opponent’s claims.
