CRIMINAL RISKS FOR BUSINESS

Already feeling the pre-holiday Christmas spirit, we discussed the serious topic of criminal risks to which business in Ukraine is exposed. We touched on the basics of preparation for searches, went through investigative actions and talked about how the decriminalisation of “fictitious entrepreneurship” works in practice. The icing on the cake was the discussion of the intricacies of the operation of the Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA).
