THE BUSINESS BREAKFAST DEVOTED TO THE PROBLEMS OF AGRIBUSINESS IN UKRAINE

We brought together our regular and new clients to discuss the pressing issues that business deal with in a time of war.

Among them, first of all, mobilization and reservation of employees. We shared experience and actual court practice in the cases of conscripts, as well as discussed the issue of the top management's responsibility for violating the order of military registration.

We paid attention to bankruptcy as a tool, which allows solving the problems of "bad" debt and, in some cases, resolving corporate conflicts. The grounds of subsidiary and joint liability in bankruptcy procedures were also discussed.

Traditionally, a criminal process became a hot topic. The issues of searches, other investigative actions and preparation for them were touched upon. Such a mechanism of proof as expertise in criminal proceedings was also considered.

Among the participants were representatives of such companies as: OTP Leasing, HarvEast Holding, Amako Ukraine, Caterpillar Financial Ukraine and others.
