PRAGNUM assisted the client in structuring business and real estate protection
The client is an international company that owns an office center in Kyiv with an area of more than 53 thousand sq. m.
PRAGNUM lawyers carried out a comprehensive analysis of the client's activities in Ukraine, checked the tax burden, financial and property risks.
The Client got advice on the issues of eliminating the additional tax burden, placing property on the balance sheet of the permanent representative office, currency restrictions, the need to submit a report of the Transfer Pricing and the CFC, sanctions if working under the current structure, and on the optimal taxation structure.
The block of accounting and tax issues was worked out with the participation of one of the leading auditing companies in Ukraine – Kreston.
One of the stages of structuring was the founding and registration of a permanent representative office of a non-resident company in Ukraine.
As a result, the Client received a transparent management and ownership structure, secured its own assets from property risks, and reduced the tax burden.
