POLICE PRESSURE ON BUSINESS IN UKRAINE

We decided to make our next event narrowly focused on exploring the issues of police pressure on Ukrainian businesses — the biggest ongoing concern for the business community. PRAGNUM attorneys discussed in detail with the guests the issues of searches, seizure of funds in accounts, “decriminalisation of Article 205 of the Criminal Code”, and, of course, analysed criminal prosecution from the perspective of a business process.
