BUSINESS BRUNCH “PROBLEM DEBT AND TAX SELF-WILL: HOW TO FIGHT EFFECTIVELY? PRACTICAL CASES.”

Let’s switch from “lectures” to an interactive format, because there is nothing more illustrative than past experiences: the next PRAGNUM business brunch was held in this vein at the Holiday Inn on July 12.

The event speakers (Dmytro Zhukov, Partner, and Oleksii Nekrasov, Senior Associate at PRAGNUM) aimed to talk about all the innovations that are important for business in the tax and judicial sectors in fairly straightforward language, using real cases to explain how things work or don’t work.

What was discussed?

• 2018 trends in tax disputes;
• Illegal inspections and the procedure for preventing access to them;
• Tax police and the new old National Bureau of Financial Security of Ukraine;
• Anonymous letters and “well-wishers”;
• Expanded powers of law enforcement.

Judging by the feedback from the guests of the business brunch, the speakers’ goal was fully achieved, and we — PRAGNUM — are very happy about it!
