Vitalii Bobrynev
When I created PRAGNUM in 2006, I set myself a simple goal: to preserve humanity to the greatest extent possible in the cold and cynical world of law practice. Many years later, I must admit: this has not been easy. It was a true challenge to lead the company through the crises that befell our country, while maintaining its key team and clients and devotion to the same principles and values. Still, we managed. We remain committed to the interests of our clients, protect their meanings and value humanity, leadership and professional excellence in people.

Vitalii began his career in 2003 as an in-house counsel in a large retail chain, then switched to consulting as part of the legal department of an audit firm. In 2006, Vitalii passed the bar and founded his law firm, PRAGNUM, in the same year.
Specialization and experience
Vitalii manages PRAGNUM and participates in the development of strategies for all key projects of the firm. Positions on complex business conflicts, criminal and bankruptcy cases are formed under Vitalii’s direct coordination. He also oversees projects related to the search and recovery of assets. Vitalii is a co-author and presenter of numerous training events held by PRAGNUM for clients and attorneys. Vitalii advises and represents the interests of companies such as Siemens, DSV, Castrol, Titan Machinery, Kvazar-Micro, Volvo, ES Group, Doosan, Gazer, lifecell, Ukr-China Communication, Ukreximbank, Three Bears, Ukrspyrt, Watsons
