On 18 June 2015, Vitalii Bobrynov, the Managing Partner at Pragnum Law Firm, took part in the II International Intellectual Property Forum organised by Yuridicheskaya Praktika Publishing House. At the event, representatives of the government authorities of Ukraine, leading lawyers and scientists discussed areas of development and reforms expected in the sphere of intellectual property.

Participants showed profound interest in intellectual property case law. The participants of the forum and representatives of higher economic and general courts actively exchanged their opinions on expediency of court specialisation in this case category. Vitalii Bobrynov participated in discussion of such topical issues as early termination of trademark certificates and peculiarities of disputes regarding breach of the rules for use of trademarks on the Internet.
