On 28 October 2015, the experts of Pragnum Law Firm conducted the training “BUSINESS LITIGATION STRATEGY: How to Make an Opponent Pay for Your Win?”, by invitation of LIGA:ZAKON, the National Workshop Network. Vitalii Bobrynov, the Managing Partner, and Dmytro Zhukov, the Partner were the speakers.

During the day, the experts shared their practical experience in successful solution of business disputes with lawyers of the leading Ukrainian and international companies. The main purpose of the workshop was to demonstrate to the corporate lawyers how to litigate with minimum expenses and achieve maximum results possible.

Methods of pre-trial analysis of the opponent, efficient reimbursement for legal expenses and the new draft Economic Procedure Code of Ukraine were of special interest for the participants. Injunctive relief, mechanisms for dealing with bad debts, as well as procedural sabotage initiated by unscrupulous debtors were actively discussed.
