On June 12, Pragnum, a law firm, held a business breakfast in the conference hall of Holiday Inn with the participation of the leaders of Ukrainian companies who did not manage to hide from us on vacation. They talked about the mechanisms for protecting the owner, top management and business in general in conditions of legal uncertainty, when legal instruments do not work, and the opponent "plays" not according to the rules.
